Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Must be eligible to work in India
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Flexible to work in 24×7 shifts including weekends and overtime
  • Must have a quiet workspace for work-from-home setup
  • Stable broadband internet connection (wired preferred)

Education:

  • Minimum 10+2 (HSC) qualification
  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate can apply
  • Freshers and experienced candidates (1–3 years) both eligible

Role Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, chat, or email
  • Resolve issues related to orders, payments, and products
  • Provide accurate information and maintain quality service
  • Multitask and use internal tools for customer support
  • Work in both remote (virtual) and office (WFO) setups

Salary Range:
₹1.8 LPA to ₹5.6 LPA depending on experience and location
