Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Must be eligible to work in India
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Flexible to work in 24×7 shifts including weekends and overtime
- Must have a quiet workspace for work-from-home setup
- Stable broadband internet connection (wired preferred)
Education:
- Minimum 10+2 (HSC) qualification
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate can apply
- Freshers and experienced candidates (1–3 years) both eligible
Role Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, chat, or email
- Resolve issues related to orders, payments, and products
- Provide accurate information and maintain quality service
- Multitask and use internal tools for customer support
- Work in both remote (virtual) and office (WFO) setups
Salary Range:
₹1.8 LPA to ₹5.6 LPA depending on experience and location
