Qualifications for TCS IT Roles

1. TCS Ninja / Digital / Prime (Engineering & Tech Jobs)
   • Eligible Degrees:
     • B.E. / B.Tech (All branches)
     • M.E. / M.Tech (All branches)
     • M.Sc (IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering)
     • MCA (Master of Computer Applications)
   • Academic Criteria:
     • Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA throughout 10th, 12th, UG/PG
     • No more than 1 active backlog (to be cleared within joining time)
     • Gap in education: not more than 24 months

TCS Ignite (For Science Graduates)

• Eligible Degrees: B.Sc (IT, CS, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Electronics, Stats) & BCA
• Trained to move into IT/software roles
• Salary is lower than engineering hires (~₹2.5–2.8 LPA)

TCS BPS (Business Process Services)

• Eligible Degrees: B.Com, BA, BBA, BBM, BMS, BSc (non-IT)
• Roles are in banking, HR, supply chain, analytics, and back-office support
